FLC-2600 Series Scoop Conveyor

FLC provides a modular closed top design with elevated UHMW wear strip chain guides for ease of cleaning and maintenance. Constructed from 11 gauge formed stainless steel or mild steel with powder coat paint finish material to meet your requirements. Our modules consist of: drives, take-up idlers, curves, and intermediate sections. FLC has engineered each conveyor module for proper fit and function to ensure easy integration into your system to meet your needs. Accessories include; covers, drain pans, in-feed hoppers, and discharge chutes.


  • General: Furnish conveyor and equipment substantially as described. All equipment will be manufactured from prime quality material and produced in a workmanlike manner. All conveyors will be match marked prior to shipment. Component sections will be securely skidded for shipment via common carrier.

  • Construction: Formed with 11Ga. stainless steel with T304 #3 polished surface.

  • Splice Plates: Conveyor will have top or side splice plates.

  • Matt Top Chain Supplied by FLC will be Matt style chain. Plastic chain design with scoop or flight attachments.

  • Shafting: 1-1/4” diameter Stainless steel.

  • Power Transmission: #50 RC chain coupled, shaft mount reducer where possible

  • Bearings: Two-bolt flange white plastic housing type with corrosion resistant bearing inserts.

  • Chain Return: UHMW slide rail supports. No solid pans will be used

  • Wear strips: UHMW/PE slipped over stainless steel bar. Raised platform style.

  • Curve Wear strips: UHMW/PE.

  • Guiderail: 4”-6” UHMW Rail

  • Guiderail Brackets: Stainless steel 1-1/2” x 3/16” with 3 ft. or less spacing.

  • Supports: Stainless steel 1.5 square tubing with +/- 2 ½” adjustment.

  • Drives: 1.5HP Reliance Motor with 262 Dodge Gear Reducer

  • Elevation: Per layout drawing +/- 2-1/2”.

  • Electrical: 460/230 volt, 3 phase, 60 hertz

  • Speed: Minimum 12” in-feed elevation.

  • Adjustable Feet: Adjusting screw with locking nut for height adjustment. Provisions for feet to be lagged down.

  • Provide CAD drawing showing match mark numbers.
